New features

Microsoft® Internet Mail and News enables you to communicate with others on the Internet through electronic mail and newsgroups. With electronic mail, or e-mail, you can exchange messages and files with other people on the Internet. Internet newsgroups consist of messages by individuals, organized by topic. You can take part by posting a message of your own, responding to a message, or sending an e-mail message directly to the author of a message.

Registering Internet Mail and News

Register Microsoft Internet Mail and News free of charge at our online registration site. If you still have a beta version of Internet Mail and News, discontinue using it at this time. To find out if you have a beta version, start Internet Mail and News, and then choose About Internet Mail and News on the Apple menu. If you see the letter "b" and a number after the version number, you have a beta version. For more information, see the License Agreement.
